The Centre is sponsored by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment , Govt of India. It is registered under Haryana De-Addiction Rules 2010. The Centre provides indoor treatment free of cost. It is 15 bedded hospital equipped with qualified staff like counselor, Doctor, Nurse , Ward Boy, Psychologist etc.
